Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solvqo ("Solvqo", "we", "us", or "our"), an AI assistant available at solvqo.com and related applications. Solvqo is operated by Solvqo, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Solvqo.

1. Who can use Solvqo

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Solvqo. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Solvqo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with a passwordless link sent to your email or with a supported identity provider (such as Google). You are responsible for the security of the email account and identity providers you use to access Solvqo, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Solvqo to:

• break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or violate the rights of others;
• generate or distribute malware, spam, or content that is harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the rate limits, security, or access controls of the service;
• resell, sublicense, or expose the service as your own product without our written permission;
• use outputs to train a competing model or service where prohibited by our model providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-generated content

Solvqo uses third-party large language models and generation services to produce text, images, audio, and video. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, and you must not present AI output as professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share with third-party processors.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Input") and, as between you and us, of the output generated for you ("Output"), to the extent permitted by law and by the underlying model providers' terms. You grant us a limited license to process your Input and Output solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. You can disable use of your data for product improvement in Settings.

6. Plans, credits, and billing

Solvqo offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid subscriptions and credit top-ups are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Usage is metered against a daily budget shown in your account; one-time credits supplement that budget. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Solvqo available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features depend on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

8. Termination

You may stop using Solvqo and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvqo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of Solvqo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
